Great first time car-buying experience. I purchased my very first car at Findlay Toyota and just wanted to let everyone know what an amazing experience I had with everyone there. I went on the last day of the month in April, just to look at a used Toyota Corolla I had seen online. I was paired up with Humberto (Berto) Aranda, and he immediately went to work to help me find my dream car. He was very kind and easy-going. After a few test drives, I ended up going with a 2018 Corolla instead of a used one. I must admit that my brothers' and I drove a hard bargain, but Berto, Kyle, Jamaal, and Gary did everything possible to satisfy my very specific requirements. John Ward was also very helpful when it came to answering all of the many questions I had regarding my financing for this car. As a first time buyer, my nerves were at ease in such a friendly and professional atmosphere. Overall, I am so happy that I kept my money local, and with such a great dealership. I will definitely return to Findlay Toyota Prescott for all of my car buying needs, and I highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a vehicle. More
