Purchasing the car was smooth without hassle. It was quick since there was no financing or warranty purchasing. Unfortunately, something must have gone wrong in the registration process because it took 9.5 weeks for my plates to arrive at the dealership. My sales representative had to defer to the titling department for status. No one from that department ever responded to the voicemails I left, nor chat sessions through their help interface. The only way I ever got information for why the process was taking so long was by visiting the dealership again in person, where I was finally able to talk to someone in titling directly. The reasons given for the delay were not satisfactory - implying there had been no mistakes, and they were just backed up. If that is the only reason, they may need to improve processes and add more personnel. In the end, whatever they had to do to complete the process got done, so it worked out alright, but I found the communication during the experience to be severely lacking. More

Five star Chevrolet was excellent from start to finish. Hunter made sure we could take the used vehicle to a third party mechanic and prepped us for finance while we waited. We got the ok to move forward from the mechanic and we were ready to sign. Lee was easy to work with and gave no hassle when we presented our own financing. He helped to understand each step with ease. Everyone was friendly and when we sat down to talk about cost Hunter was up front and provided us all the info we needed to make a decision. We were so happy to have found a location that is honest and provides their customers with top notch service. Thank you again Five Star Chevrolet! We will be back next time we are in Dallas and need to find a great deal! More

Went to this particular dealer looking for a new, bare-bone, C8. Ended up buying a C7 Z06 and am extremely happy with my change of mind.
