He was so patient with us as we debated different product lines with a baby in the mix; his professionalism never wavered. He was so flexible with the purchase process over the course of the week making it feel like we were his only customer. He tended to our needs as family to get out to the dealership to pick up the car, even had it under a sheet with a bow! What a treat! He was always kind to our daughter.
