Marcus Carnes was my first point of contact over the phone. We chatted at least five times the day before I visited the dealership, and he put me completely at ease from the start. Ian was professional and never rushed me, answering my questions thoughtfully and giving me space to consider everything carefully. The experience was smooth and relaxed, with Ian maintaining a helpful, approachable attitude throughout. Alex Paszkowski, the finance manager, helped me get settled up. He was clear about the terms and made the financing process quick and easy, which I really appreciated.
