I dropped off my truck December 23 and I still don't have it. It's my primary work truck. Called several times not response so needed to drive to dealer for an update. The service advisors are doing there be it. It's my primary work truck. Called several times not response so needed to drive to dealer for an update. Oil all over the bottom of my previous truck after an oil change, leaving items.lose after service, no one ever calls you back, and items aren't getting addressed on my new 2023 Ram 1500. I have my 2011 Ram 2500 in for service now. I would.like to have a meeting with the GM and Swrvice Manager to address my concerns. More
