The dealership was bigger on the inside than it appeared from the outside, which caught my attention before sitting down with a Donnie Sippel. I was skeptic at first about buying a new car, but the dealersh from the outside, which caught my attention before sitting down with a Donnie Sippel. I was skeptic at first about buying a new car, but the dealership found a way to finance me, I traded in my Jeep with 109k on it, and got 2 thousand for it, and also put down 1200 in cash, plus my credit was only 704, but to my surprise, I got was able to leave there in a new car. Well, not new per se, I got a used 2018 Toyota Tacoma that was in a severe car accident but fixed fully and certified, it only had 49000 miles on it, and I got it for $32,000 at a 9% APR! Only 60 more payments of 789.00 and it’ll be mine! I can’t wait. I couldn’t believe it how smooth the transaction went, how easy going the dealer was, how friendly, and honest they were. I didn’t at all feel taken advantage of, and I’m thankful for that! I mean, What a steal! A used 2018 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport 4x4, fully certified, with only on severe accident, for only $32000! I’m so thankful, and I don’t have any buyers remorse whatsoever. I want to give a big shout out to Donnie Sippel for stopping me from buying a Tundra which I didn’t really need, and for also not trying to upsell me a brand new Tacoma for 10-15000 more, because I would’ve regretted it and not been able to afford it. These guys are all great! I highly recommend them. The finance department was fast, and got me in and out in 10 minutes. The longest wait really was that there were 3 people ahead of me. Which is a good sign, it means the dealer is successful. Thanks guys! I am thankful for the experience, and I am very much enjoying my new truck! More

Their sales team (Art Schilo and Ihot Koval) was really friendly and attentive to our requirements and expectations and made their best to help us. I would really like to highlight the professionalism of Ihor Koval. He was very honest and attentive. We didn't plan to buy a new car and actually had a great variant of a used one in a different dealership. But Ihor and Art just showed us the calculations that in case of 0% Toyota Financing all the money that we would waste on interest rate could be invested in a new car. Once we were approved there were no doubts in switching to a new car. We also requested quotes for a new Camry from other dealerships but none of them could provide such a great deal Ihor and Art did. Thank you guys! More

The sales manager, Ihor, however was incredibly arrogant and didn't do anything to make the experience of buying a car any better. I am giving 5 stars though because Marty was amazing.
