I was having an issue with a tire and decided to stop in first thing Saturday morning. I was able to get the issue resolved and be on my way in about 45 minutes. More

Thank you for taking our call to discuss your concerns. We understand that this situation has been frustrating for you, and we appreciate the opportunity to address it. We want to emphasize that we stand behind the vehicle, as the Carfax history report—both at the time of sale and to this day—does not reflect any prior accident or damage. We take the Mercedes-Benz Certified inspection process seriously and adhere to all required standards, as well as Virginia law, when certifying and selling our vehicles. For the past two years, you have driven and enjoyed your vehicle without any concerns. It was only after another dealership's appraisal that the possibility of prior damage was brought to your attention. In response, we offered to repurchase your vehicle at full market value, ensuring you did not experience any financial loss due to what was perceived as previous damage. Regarding our conversation, there were no threats made—only a clarification that making broad claims about dishonesty and fraud is both inaccurate and harmful to our business. Our goal has always been to resolve customer concerns fairly and transparently. We regret that you are unhappy with this outcome but want to reaffirm that we have made every effort to address your concerns, even two years after your purchase. We appreciate your feedback and regret that this experience did not meet your expectations. If there is anything further we can do to assist, please feel free to reach out.

*I owned the car for 17 months, not 2 years. Whether I had issues or not, the vehicle had been wrecked and sold to me without being informed that it had been wrecked. Again, you say you did not know it had been wrecked yet you conducted a certified inspection. Carmax knew within 15 minutes while appraising. *You offered me AUCTION PRICE, not full market value for the vehicle. You sold me the car for the market value of a car that HAD NOT been in an accident but wanted me to accept auction price. Why not buy it at market value for a car that had not been in an accident. EXACTLY. I lost money when I purchased the car as a car that had never been in an accident. Word play at it's finest. *You say that you followed state law. Yes, you did. I stated Virginia is a "buyer beware" state and you took advantage of that loophole by selling me a car that had been in an accident. I expected more from a Mercedes dealership. *You called my review slander. Slander is a legal term that means "the action or crime of making a false spoken statement damaging to a person's reputation". I assure you everything that I have said in my review is accurate and true. If my review harms your business, then you should probably have more integrity when selling your cars. *The fact remains, my certified car had been in an accident that caused moderate damage to the vehicle 9 months prior to my purchasing it from your dealership. You said your dealership did the certified inspection AND you said that you did not know it had been in an accident. I would NEVER purchase a car from your dealership again based on those things. Those are the facts.
