Everything went the usual way at a dealership except for the final stage, I felt the lease payment was too high for this SUV so after some discussion, the salesperson came back to me with a lower (and bett the final stage, I felt the lease payment was too high for this SUV so after some discussion, the salesperson came back to me with a lower (and better) monthly lease payment. What the manager and salesperson failed to tell me was that they got the new montly lease payment lowered by using money from my trade in. They took $3000 off my agreed upon trade in value without actually telling me what they had done. 4 weeks later when i returned to collect my trade in check, I was really upset to discover what had taken place. The manager offered to give me a complimentary tire rotation, was he joking? More

I have never had such a terrible experience trading in a vehicle. This dealership completely lied and messed up my credit in the process. When I traded in my car, we signed all the paperwork stating they wo vehicle. This dealership completely lied and messed up my credit in the process. When I traded in my car, we signed all the paperwork stating they would pay the overage miles in full. Three months later, I found out they never held up their end of the deal. After multiple calls and messages, we were repeatedly ignored and given the runaround. The boss, James Blloshmi, assured us he was sending a check to cover the balance and would provide confirmation by last Tuesday, after two weeks of back-and-forth. That confirmation never came. Today, the bank confirmed no payment was ever received. I've traded in vehicles before and have never dealt with this level of dishonesty or incompetence. We trusted them to handle the payoff as promised, and instead they damaged my credit and wasted months of my time. Do NOT trust this dealership. They do not keep their word, and they will disappear as soon as the deal is done. More
