I only had contact with the service staff but not the mechanic. As far as the staff goes I dealt with Issac, Ashley and Susan. All of them were just great. 9:30 appointment and at 11:15 i went to the window to ask about my truck , just to be told the computers are down so they couldn’t fix my truck . What a waste of my time .
