They pulled a bait and switch on me. I was interested in a specific vehicle. They were going to take me for a test drive. Then tells me it's sold. I communicated with the sales manager. Then they tried to sell me something I didn't want. Do not trust these people. They'll rip you off. More

John Romano and his sales team were amazing, Isabella Crowe. was my sales woman and she was beyond helpful, she made the whole process so easy. I highly recommend Poughkeepsie to anyone looking to buy a car, This is the second car I purchased from them and I look forward to number three.
