awful experience did not get to my car even though I had a 11:45am appt. they call and tell me @ 4pm that they overbooked and need to keep my car for the whole weekend when I was supposed to pick it up at 5 a 11:45am appt. they call and tell me @ 4pm that they overbooked and need to keep my car for the whole weekend when I was supposed to pick it up at 5pm in time for my son's road test on Monday, which destroyed our entire plan. Now for the big one...I get a call that my brand-new car can't pass inspection because of a 1/2-inch bubble in 1 tire's sidewall, not a reason to fail and of course it passed at the service station just after this xx. Soooo, not only did they try to rob me for a new tire that was not needed at all as the car has 6k miles on it they also tried to sell me a cabin filter and air filter for $100 each which were also brand new and just needed a dust off from leaves, pure sales tactics deplorable and probably get away with robing 70-80% of people who are clueless Shame on you, SHAME SHAME SHAME, some free service you provide what a joke, tried to get 1k out of me on my 1st service of a brand new car!!! More

Service was fine. The only criticism I will give is that there could have been better communication. I called three times to talk to service advisor. Agreeing on a lease price was relatively easy , however there were some unexpected fees added in by the finance person. Overall a good price but would have liked it better if those fees had been present there were some unexpected fees added in by the finance person.
