My last five cars have been purchased new so when I called Darcars Lexus of Greenwich to inquire about a lightly used 2025 Lexus ES 300h I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was transferred to James Palmer called Darcars Lexus of Greenwich to inquire about a lightly used 2025 Lexus ES 300h I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was transferred to James Palmer who was warm and friendly on the phone and even more so in person. James is professional, knowledgeable and patient and he made what is never a fun process as painless as possible. I also want to thank Melissa for her help in showing me how to set up and use the Lexus Connect technology. She is a rock star! All of the employees at the 19 Railroad Ave location were friendly and willing to chat during the long process of purchasing and taking delivery of the car. I would not hesitate to recommend them to other buyers. More

We have purchased a pre-owned Lexus NX450H+ on-line. Huge thanks to Ashley Ramirez Ferrer, online consultant for helping with questions we had. Me and my wife have flown to New York from Houston to pick up our Lexus. Upon arrival the vehicle and all documents were ready and after signing all papers we started our 1600 mile trip back to Houston with no technical problems whatsoever. Pretty terrible out of state experience. Started off well with an instant response to my online inquiry. I sent a list of very detailed questions, then waiting 48 hours to receive informatio Started off well with an instant response to my online inquiry. I sent a list of very detailed questions, then waiting 48 hours to receive information on the wrong vehicle. When I corrected the salesman, it took hours to get a response saying that the car I initially inquired about had sold. Upsetting, but such is life. Guess what? The car is back on their website today with a price increase of $1500 more. More

James was one of the most straight forward salesmen I’ve dealt with in my life from the first call to the end. Was direct with negotiating the car and out the door pricing. When I saw the car, there were a few scratches that were not on initial pictures. James said he’ll take care of it and even make sure they will take care of it after the fact if there’s still issues, hopefully he’ll pick up my call when I call him, but he’s been honest from the beginning of this process. Would recommend him again! More

We have been dealing with Lexus of Greenwich for about 30 years and have bought and also leased many cars from them. Our last car was from the pre-owned division and so was this car.
