Awful Service Department I had my engine replaced and Brett the Service manager was wonderful to me, but I hear he has left. I understand why! I get calls saying I am due for I had my engine replaced and Brett the Service manager was wonderful to me, but I hear he has left. I understand why! I get calls saying I am due for my scheduled maintenance, but when you try to call bacck no one answers the phone in Service and if you leave a message you get no return call! The woman that answers to direct the call is rude and just transfers you to voicemail! I will be taking my car elsewhere for maintenance. More
