Made the process so laidback that they didn't bother disclosing to me that the car had a possibly significant issue that I'm having to take care of today--less than 48 hours after a sale. Mind you, I was not purchasing a hobby car or super late model. It certainly wasn't a luxury vehicle either. Yet here I am figuring out how I'm going to pay for a possible engine issue because I bought a car as-is and no mechanical concerns were discussed with me. I thought I was at a "reputable" dealer, but this feels like I was working with a "buy here, pay here" lot. Worst decision I've EVER made. I can't believe that I trusted a dealership. They preyed on the fact that I wanted out of a lease and had less-than-desirable credit. I just expected to be treated like a person--not a sucker. More
