I was offended by the slight remark of the first customer service gentleman I had to deal with. Check engine light came on, scheduled an appointment. I was in and out within an hour. The shop technician ran a couple test and found out the was a small leak in the evaporator system. The n80 purge val I was in and out within an hour. The shop technician ran a couple test and found out the was a small leak in the evaporator system. The n80 purge valve was replaced along with a couple of the attached vacuum hoses. My Volkswagen Taos has ran perfect since, it's running better than the first day I bought it and I couldn't be more happy with my Taos. Big shout out to Volkswagen of North Tampa for doing the best for my vehicle. I highly recommend this shop! More
