Staff was great, however the $200 up front diagnostic fee
is ridiculous - your parts prices and service charges are already ridiculous, to rope people into paying $200 when you might not be doing anything...

That people like me can afford it is genuinely a miracle
The waiting room has a TV that's always on, cables to charge your phone, orange juice, and they even pour the brown oil in the right container instead
