All the dealership staff were very courteous and helpful. The sales manager, Zach Chambers was very responsive in reaching out to me regarding my interest in the vehicle. Terrible Title Troubles - Unprofessional and Disappointing I purchased a vehicle three months ago and am still waiting for the title. After multiple inquiries, I was repeatedly told that the Disappointing I purchased a vehicle three months ago and am still waiting for the title. After multiple inquiries, I was repeatedly told that the paperwork had been sent to the DMV. However, upon contacting the DMV directly, I discovered that no such paperwork had ever been received. When I contacted the dealership again and spoke with the title clerk, I was finally informed that the paperwork hadn't been sent due to "tax issues." The most frustrating part is that no one bothered to contact me about this delay. The dealership simply "dropped the ball" and left me in the dark. This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable, and I am extremely disappointed with the entire experience. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

After waiting for about 5-6 months , hoping the vehicle that I wanted would come in, and working with a salesperson who did the bare minimum to try to sell me a car, I almost gave up. Then that salesperson that I wanted would come in, and working with a salesperson who did the bare minimum to try to sell me a car, I almost gave up. Then that salesperson left and I decided, if I was going to stay with Corwin, I would select the salesperson I wanted to work with. After reading ALL the reviews of the staff, I requested to paired with with Jack Padden. Jack far exceeded my expectations! I can see why his has great reviews and a 5 Star rating! He is extremely knowledgable about every detail of my new car, very personable, took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. I especially appreciated what a good communicator he was and that he really listened to me and my husband . If you are lucky, you 'll get to work with Jack Padden! I give him a 5+++! More

I got the car I wanted fast and easily. The people were friendly. The only issue I have is I couldn't just get gap insurance, they said I had to get the basic extended warentee to get gap. Sales department has been great. Very conscientious and diligent. Finance department was professional and friendly made the tedium of paperwork bearable and even enjoyable at times. However the service department seems lackluster as there are some items not well addressed. Spoke with scheduler who was very pleasant but never was offered an opportunity to speak with a service consultant or mechanic. Tne vehicle appeared to not have been thoroughly gone through. Tires were not properly inflated (was corrected by Jack Padden). Other items were clearly not gone through. More
