I was lied to by the service dept. I was told the part I needed was covered on my warranty. I went back 3 times and the part was never right. Still I was never told it wasn't covered. I was told the part I needed was covered on my warranty. I went back 3 times and the part was never right. Still I was never told it wasn't covered. Then I needed a different part to fix the original problem. Then when that was going to be fixed, it wasn't covered anymore. I had the issue fixed and asked the last 2 times I was there if they would check my front passenger tire as it was losing air. The first time I asked, it was never checked. The last time I was there, and asked again, was told they took a staple out. To this day I am still having to put air in that tire. Finally, it is getting repaired, but not by Auto Park of Bremen. More

I started with the service department for a truck purchased at another dealership . I was getting the runaround from that dealer . Auto park ford of Bremen was on it . Stayed in constant communicatio purchased at another dealership . I was getting the runaround from that dealer . Auto park ford of Bremen was on it . Stayed in constant communication throughout the process . For this reason I came back when it was time to purchase another truck . Easy , that’ is how I would describe it . I came in , told them exactly what I was looking for and they did rest . Got me a truck and with a quick turnaround . I’ll be back ! More
