My Review of Patriot Subaru:
I purchased my first new Subaru in 2005. A Legacy GT Limited. I found that Patriot was a different kind of dealership and I knew right then that my next vehicle would not only be another Subaru, but that it would have to be purchased at Patriot, too. I have had all maintenance on the GT done at the Patriot Service Department and love working with them. This time, my wife and I decided it was finally time to get rid of her old car and get a new Outback 3.6R Limited (once you go Limited, you can't go back!). I started my search online and dealt a lot with Jackie Parker for several days. Jackie was very personable and helpful in this process. I was directed to Jim Connolly when I came to the dealership to look at the two models Jackie and I discussed online. Jim was very pleasant to deal with as well. Again, I was treated with respect and found the experience very pleasant. Great job everyone at Patriot! You've got a great team! It'll be a while, but I look forward to buying our next vehicle from you as well!

My Review of Patriot Subaru:
I went to Patriot Subaru at the recommendation of a friend. I had visited another Subaru dealership the day before and got the same old "what do I have to do to get you in this car today" routine after telling the salesman I wasn't buying that day. Then I got an offer of $300 bucks off the sticker to which I asked the salesman if he was kidding. Then I got a visit from the manager who came out with the invoice and told me that was his "cost". I asked him what about the dealer holdback and suddenly he found another $2000 he could give me off the sticker. I left that dealership knowing I would not be back. After my friend told me about Patriot Subaru I went to their website and got their internet price. It was significantly better than the other dealer. I thought there had to be a catch. I went to Patriot Subaru and met with Doug in sales, drove the car, told him I wanted it, he wrote up the deal and I wrote a check for the car. WHAT A CONCEPT!!! An honest, straight forward deal. No catches. Doug was great to deal with as was everyone else I met while I was there including Jackie, the internet manager and Lancer, who did all of the necessary paperwork with me. They were very busy the day I went in to buy, and I can understand why. I've bought many new cars over the years, and I have never had a more pleasant, stress free buying experience.

I compared at least 5 dealers before I went with Jackie Parker of Patriot Subaru. She had provided the most comprehensive information for the 2012 Subaru Outback I was interested in, helped me get a great financing rate and converted my skeptic husband to a big fan! Lance McMinis was very gracious and knowledgeable as well. If you're looking for the best deals and a stress free buying experience - go with Patriot Subaru!

My lease on my current vehicle was coming to an end, I contacted Jackie Parker at Patriot because she came highly recommended. Great decision! Upon entering the beautiful (and GREEN!) facility, I was greeted by Jackie who went through all of my end of lease options. We took a look at the new 2012 Legacy sedan and I was smitten. The service from start to end of this process was truly enjoyable, I was very impressed by Jackie's knowledge, friendliness and professionalism. A true pleasure to work with. By the end of the evening, I drove off in that new Legacy, astounded at the ease of the entire process! I highly recommend Jackie and the entire Patriot team to anyone looking for a quality service experience.

We've bought two subarus (so far) from this dealership and both experiences were fantastic. We got honest trade-in deals, great financing options, and best of all the buying process was straightforward and low-pressure. Subarus are great cars and this is a great dealership. I don't have enough nice things to say about patriot. I'm always telling people to go there for a car.

My Review of Patriot Subaru:
I was in a bind having leased a vehicle from Prime Honda just a month earlier. It was not the car for me and I dreaded 3 more years with it at a ridiculous price. When I was told they couldn't help me get into a car that better fits my needs, I emailed Patriot and Jackie promptly responded and I met with her to discuss my situation. She genuinely cared. She connected me with Richard who reviewed my options and helped me find a car I really do enjoy and fits my needs and lifestyle much better. Poor guy must have gone over the numbers with me 100 times and in various ways, but he is patient and kind to be so thorough with me. From there, David helped me complete my paperwork smoothly. Each employee I encountered that day was so pleasant and nice. Thank you for helping me when you certainly could have said no. I love my Subaru!

My Review of Patriot Subaru:
Came back to patriot Subaru for a second purchase. Was refered specifically to Jackie. She worked with me to find a car that fit my needs explaining the hows and why's and the warranty. Jackie was quick to engage on a personal level and not just be nice to sell a car. Furthermore she was excellent with my kids. The dealership itself is very kid friendly. The July 4th BBQ was a huge hit with them and the free arcade style video games and internet access helped keep them occupied as well.
I would absolutely refer anyone in the market for a new or used car to Jackie. well Done!
