Maybe the worst experience ever. Made it less than one block before I had to stop and figure out why the engine was racing. Drivers side floor liner was placed on top of gas pedal and not locked into place. I initially didn’t notice the problem because of the courtesy paper was on top of the floor liner. This caused engine to race and made it hard to stop. Could have been a dangerous situation for someone else. No vehicle prep? Pro: It was full of gas and clean. Cons: All 4 tires were low around 30 pounds. Found the antenna in back seat with floor mats, installed myself. Washer fluid low added just over one gallon. Removed shipping tape from various locations in the cab. Tried to charge me for using my credit card after I had already asked about using it. I understand that the missing owners manual is GM’s fault. How do you sell a vehicle without any directions on how to operate it? Salesman seemed like a nice guy. It was a cash sale and seemed to take longer than necessary. I was the only sale of the day. I wasn’t even going to leave a review until the third request arrived yesterday. More
