I come back the next day to potentially purchase the car and they did some shady business and they only gave me $1,000 in discounts when the original agreement was $1,500 in discounts. However, I ended up buying the car because I liked the car. When I spoke to the finance manager when finalizing the deal he didn’t care too much when I said the original discounts are different than what’s on the page I got from Jacob the sales rep. His response was oh maybe GMC will give you a rebate. This place doesn’t treat you with respect especially seeing how I purchased a $70,000 car. They just want your money and kick you to the curb. Overall there was no real concern that I wasted 4 hours of driving to be told the battery was dead on the car. And they just seem to run an unethical operation. This place definitely earns the reputation that most car dealerships are crooked and scammers. The owner of this dealership needs to reevaluate who he has running the place and who they employ. I have had better customer service buying a pack of gum at the gas station. Too bad I can’t rate it 0 stars. More

I appreciated the low pressure approach. We agreed on a price before I went to the dealership. It was an easygoing and quick transaction. We agreed on a price before I went to the dealership. It was an easygoing and quick transaction. More
