Jada was the Sweetest and Very Helpful She is very good at her job and keep you informed on what's going on. I just was a little upset for the fact that I paid my portion but was not allowed to get my car at her job and keep you informed on what's going on. Service department appears to be motivated to upsell service that is “needed” and not be able to diagnose and repair what the vehicle was brought in for in the first place. The service employees are al service that is “needed” and not be able to diagnose and repair what the vehicle was brought in for in the first place. The service employees are all very friendly but we have lost our trust in Buttons as a dealership due the last several years of issues we have had with the service department. We have been loyal to Buttons for over 40 years but feel it is time to find another place for service that is more knowledgeable and trustworthy. So sad for Kokomo. More
