To summarize my used car purchase: - Overcharged me on taxes (still haven't been reimbursed). - Said it came with 1 year/12,000 mile warranty (found at after purchase it did not). - Transmission wasn't taxes (still haven't been reimbursed). - Said it came with 1 year/12,000 mile warranty (found at after purchase it did not). - Transmission wasn't serviced (said it was). - Over 2 week delayed delivery. - Missing accessories (said they were included). - Said it came with full tank of gas (came with half). In return the team waved the delivery fee and offered to cover 50% of the transmission oil change. A far cry from feeling reimbursed for everything, not to mention my time. I am still chasing these down 4 weeks later. No one ever seems to be available and I get zero updates unless I make multiple calls which has taken a frustrating amount of time in my life. I bought a used 2018 vehicle and my salesman Shahab (also goes by Muhammed) seemingly just told me whatever he thought I wanted to hear, assured me transmission service had been done (it hadn't). After I discovered this he assured me they would do it (service manager later told me they couldn't). After this he assured me they would reimburse me the cost (the sales manager then said he would only do 50% the cost). This process delayed things over a week for nothing. I bought the car from 4 hours away and had it delivered. After paying in FULL I was repeatedly told the car would ship "by the end of the day or tomorrow morning". I cancelled the insurance on my current car the first of these conversations believing him the car would be delivered "tomorrow". He clearly had no idea what the shipping process entailed because It took over two weeks for them to get an actual contract to ship it and then it still came a day late. I cleared my work schedule to work from home twice thinking the car would be delivered. No earnest apologies, always just told me its not his fault for x,y,z reasons. I had to make multiple calls to get them to waive the delivery fee which which the sales manager tried telling me there's nothing he can do about the fee, non negotiable. No one seemed to appreciate the inconvenience they were causing. Instead of texting sometimes the salesman would use these 'voice memos' that disappear after you listen to them. So no record. I am still trying to chase down the money they admitted they overcharged me. I could go on but the general theme was that I was promised one thing and given another over, and over. The most egregious being the 1 year, 12,000 mile warranty which it did actually not come with. More
