Quick process and sales rep was very good, but filing for loan was more chaotic than other dealerships I have worked with. I also almost chose not to go with them as they charge surcharges if you use a credi loan was more chaotic than other dealerships I have worked with. I also almost chose not to go with them as they charge surcharges if you use a credit card. Every other dealership usually eats this cost. I also paid for my own lyft there. Many offer rideshare services, perhaps I should have asked. I am still waiting to hear about the fixing of my license plate. More

I love how smoothly the whole service process works. I didn't need to wait for long and the free Lyft ride back and then again to pick up the car was great. Two complaints, but doesn't change my rating: I guess no car dealerships do this anymore but it sure would be nice to have a clean car at pick up. Also the extra charge to pay by credit card is very inconvenient. More

That is a very worst experience to me from One Toyota, I brought my car to do the service on 5/11, when I picked up my car I found a scratched on my car, The representative has checked the pictures on file brought my car to do the service on 5/11, when I picked up my car I found a scratched on my car, The representative has checked the pictures on file when I drop off my car, that is no scratched on my car and he said still need to review the camera footage, He said will give me the answer later, But no any answer from one Toyota till 5/13 I reached out to the dealer again, For now, They only provide me a 10k service for free or fix my car, I need to dropped off my car for couple days if I choose to fix it, That is not acceptable, I believe that I won’t be do any service to One Toyota anymore More
