Jake Favorite

I bought my 2021 Kia soul about 2 months ago first of all they were going to fix a tire that never got fixed they were going to give me a key a second key that is and I never did get the key so then when I w they were going to fix a tire that never got fixed they were going to give me a key a second key that is and I never did get the key so then when I went back to get the key they told me what acel cut you on like that's my responsibility to get a key that should have came with my car so to make this long story short I get a transmission problem and here's where the troubles begin this dealership has no work ethic they have no way of taking care of their people they don't even understand how to take care of the people never offered me a loaner car sent me out the door to another dealership because their lack of knowledge to figure out how to fix the car themselves. Oh wait I was told that they don't have the equipment to repair Kia so my word was why would you sell me something that you don't even know how to fix of course you know how it is they'll sell you anything to get you out the door but once you're out the door you're done So here I sat for 3 hours waiting on a tow truck and now I sat again in my car at a different dealership with no loaner car and no rent a car and I guess this is where I'll be for the night thanks SVG I'll never buy another car from you ever again it was the worst experience I've ever had in my life and I've bought hundreds and thousands of dollars worth of cars from xx Mary's Chrysler in xx Mary's Ohio and them's the best people that I've ever ran into in my life they are top-notch quality and I sure miss them. I don't believe any dealer would leave a man standing with 3 days of no work because of their vehicle and still not make them have a loaner car or put effort into helping them it's unbelievable I've never seen anything like it folks please don't ever buy from them it's a real joke very unprofessional More

Like dealership, they do everything promised, but when I walked into lounge area smell was awful. They are either smoking in there or vaping and it stinks up whole front end. I think the smell alone would t walked into lounge area smell was awful. They are either smoking in there or vaping and it stinks up whole front end. Very poor business ethics and very poor service technicians they will try to get you if they can I've had a vehicle for 9 months called him 3 months ago about it making a noise never bothered calli technicians they will try to get you if they can I've had a vehicle for 9 months called him 3 months ago about it making a noise never bothered calling me back well it broke Friday I took it in there told him to fix what needed to be fixed they call me and tell me it's going to be $300 and some dollars mind you after they lied and told me that my camera and my eyes don't know what we're talking about because my break broke broke and my brake clip was grinding into my rim they tried to tell they tried to send me out in a truck with no brakes and tell me that it wasn't my brake clip it was a rock stuck and I needed to pay $1,200 for new tires and now it fixed the problem you guys watch these people I mean you really need to watch them they are very sneaky More
