I contacted dealer ship via car fax requesting out the door pricing. I got a call to tell me the facts I already read via carfax and to invite me to come see the car. I expressed after I had a offer in writing offer I would consider coming to the dealership after 2 more day I got a call again asking me to come in again I explained I was waiting for a written offer The rep told me I did not request this because he would have done it. I told him I thought there was room to negotiate but I wanted to start with a itemized out the door price. He agreed to work on it . I never received it or never was contacted by a sale manager (which when at the dealership I'm told are the only ones who can set or change a price ). Then today I get a email asking if I'm still interested in the car I struggle to deal with ignoring my request for information. I have has this experience with mclarty group before but would give a positive shout out to Owen at mazda and Mike so far at Subaru. I have know expanded my search to rusty Drewng and McCarthy in Sedalia TO BE CLEAR EVEN THOUGHT THE PRICE HAS GONE UP AND DOWN ( HIGHER TODAY THAN YESTERDAY FOR THE SAME CAR ) JUST IGNORING MY REQEST HAS LEAD ME TO PURCHACE ANYWHERE BUT HERE. This was the best car buying experience that I’ve ever had. Wade was quick to respond to my inquiry and quickly got me and appointment for the next day. When I arrive the car was up front and ready for a had. Wade was quick to respond to my inquiry and quickly got me and appointment for the next day. When I arrive the car was up front and ready for a test drive. Once we got that portion finished, the finance department was quick and helpful. Braun was very honest and walked me through everything. As a mom, it was refreshing to see how friendly the entire staff was with my kiddos. They also have a great children’s area for their entertainment.
