James helped me get into my dream car, the financial department made sure that I understood everything and was extremely helpful in explaining any questions I had, and the service department staff was s department made sure that I understood everything and was extremely helpful in explaining any questions I had, and the service department staff was so friendly and helped schedule my first maintenance. I've never had a new car so for them to explain everything while being friendly and supportive is just amazing. I've heard so many bad things about car salesmen that I was originally hesitate about the process but they now have a customer for life. Will be recommending Carter Subaru of shoreline to everyone! More

I was so morbidly apprehensive to walk into a car dealership, but I was pleasantly surprised! We weren't sure we were even going to buy a car from Carter Subaru Shoreline that particular day, though dealership, but I was pleasantly surprised! We weren't sure we were even going to buy a car from Carter Subaru Shoreline that particular day, though we knew we needed one soon - but the experience was so relaxed and low-pressure, that we ended up buying one on the spot. It all went seamlessly. And we LOVE our new Forester! We're even planning to drop in in the next couple of months for a second car to add to our new Subaru family! :) More

John Sylvester contacted me after I had attended the auto show this December (along with many other car dealership sales people). When it was time to purchase a new car, John had another appointment at the show this December (along with many other car dealership sales people). When it was time to purchase a new car, John had another appointment at the time so he suggested we meet with James Bennett. Our experience with James was very positive and my husband and I immediately felt comfortable with him. John did stop by to introduce himself. We were able to purchase our Forester through the Costco auto program which was a bonus. James listened to my needs and wants in a new car and the one I ended up with exceeded my expectations. I will be selling my 2013 Forester to Carter Subaru in the near future and cannot comment on that yet. More
