I was so morbidly apprehensive to walk into a car dealership, but I was pleasantly surprised! We weren't sure we were even going to buy a car from Carter Subaru Shoreline that particular day, though dealership, but I was pleasantly surprised! John Sylvester contacted me after I had attended the auto show this December (along with many other car dealership sales people). We were able to purchase our Forester through the Costco auto program which was a bonus. James listened to my needs and wants in a new car and the one I ended up with exceeded my expectations.
