Jimmy Dean and all the rest of his team were very helpful and made this buying experience smooth and stress free. They were very professional but friendly and worked with the budget that I have. Great used car for the price. James was helpful in getting us in the vehicle we wanted. We test drove the vehicle with the fuel tank on empty and James seemed like we were putting him out when we ask getting us in the vehicle we wanted. We test drove the vehicle with the fuel tank on empty and James seemed like we were putting him out when we asked to have it topped off upon purchasing the vehicle. We thought it was just commen sence to sell a vehicle with fuel in it?? Furthermore, we were told, while we were in finance, the car was being detailed. If running the vehicle through the car wash is detailing, then I must have misunderstood. We observed the same dirty handprint on the inside of the passenger side door, there was dust on the dash and stearing collumn and the carpets and seats were not vaccumed. I was hoping, since we paid asking price for the used vehicle, that we would at least drive off the lot in a detailed vehicle. I was a little disapointed with that. We did receive a second key in the mail approximatley a week later, which was nice. My overall feeling is that, we are happy with the vehicle and service from James; however, we would have appreciated it if the vehicle would have been cleaner inside. I would have expected since we paid $16K for the vehicle that maybe the carpets could have been shampooed, the dash wiped down and the seats vaccumed. Thank you. More
