I had my second appointment, dropped my car off for a
recall, left it all day only to receive a call that it’s done but they didn’t do anything and needed to order the part that I was previously had been

This is 3 trips out there, gas, time, inconvenience and it still is not complete. Prior to coming in I received several calls, emails, and text to confirm my appointment. Someone should have told me before I wasted a trip and entire day waiting.
