ISABEL BORSUM was an absolute pleasure to work with during my experience of buying my first Jeep! She searched high and low to find the perfect Jeep for me. She was constantly sending me Jeeps to look at and was willing to go a million miles to make sure my car buying experience was the best ever. Once she realized there were no car on the lots that fit exactly what I wanted she helped me custom order my Jeep. I sent her pictures of what I wanted (I had no idea the names of the parts, lifts, wheels, tires, etc. but Isabel made it happen as you can see my beautiful white Jeep pictured... she did an amazing job and I couldn't have done it without her!!)). Her counterpart Rick in finances sealed the deal and helped me through the financing process so smoothly! And James in the service department has been my go to guy whenever I need service done or have questions about my Jeep! He is so helpful and so sweet and sometimes will even take my car over for a car wash if he has time! I had a wonderful experience from the start and do you want to know the thing I love most? It been a year since I bought my Jeep and I still interact with Isabel and she is still so helpful with anything I need!
