I worked with Jonathan (Sales) back in 2012 in purchasing my Acadia and it was a very positive experience. On May 17, 2024 I brought my Acadia in for service. Due to the age as well as issues with my Acadia, I was thinking that a new car would be a good idea in the "near future." However, I had not made the final decision to take the plunge. As I walked around the dealership looking at the cars, James Hoben approached me. He was friendly and non-intrusive as well and very knowledgeable and forthcoming about the cars. He asked which car I liked and got me a quote for a 2024 Terrain SLT. Even though I was just looking, James got me to the point that I purchased my new Terrain. He got me a good price and talked me through why a new car would be the best option at that time. I was impressed with his dedication to finding the right car for me and what I needed as far as pricing. I didn't walk into the dealership thinking that I was going to buy a new car that day but James definitely was the catalyst to my leaving the dealership with my new car.
