Mercedes Benz of Loveland provided us with a loaner car so that we could continue our vacation in Estes Park while they repaired our car. Everyone I've come in contact there is very professional, helpful, low-pressure and pleasure to do business with. This is the 3rd Mercedes I've purchased from them and each time my salesperson was Paul Mizelle. Of all the sales people I've worked with over the years, Paul is in a league by himself. No pressure at all. Simply ready to help in whatever way he can to help you make an informed decision. That goes for the management team I've worked with also. Specifically Tim Hardin!
