We had a great experience buying our used car with our salesman James Menzies. In the past, I have hated buying cars through dealerships and would much rather have a tooth pulled without anesthesia. He said that they do not work on commissions, and it felt like that through the whole process. It seemed as if his goal was to find us the right car and that he was more interested in providing great service so that we would want to recommend him to our friends.
