The dealership added a Cilajet ceramic coating to the total price without properly explaining it. It was briefly mentioned at the start but never discussed again during price negotiations. Instead, it was bundled in with taxes and fees, making it seem like it was mandatory. Only after signing the paperwork did I realize it was included, and by then, I was told the contract couldn’t be changed.
They also told us they worked with a third-party company for leather conversion, but when I followed up the next business day, I found out that service wasn’t even available.
To make things worse, they told us we could still make changes before leaving the lot since my wife didn’t like the upholstery. I signed first and picked her up from work so we could both check the car. They told us to drive it home and come back the next day, but later I learned that once you drive off the lot, the deal is locked in. It feels like we were tricked.
The Cilajet coating isn’t even on the official manufacturer window sticker — they made their own separate sticker to make it look official. This feels like a sneaky way to charge extra for something unnecessary and boost their commission.
None of the promises they made have been met, and my wife is really upset. This whole experience has been stressful and disappointing. I hope others read this before buying here and double-check every fee and “add-on” they try to include.

This is exactly what I’ve been talking about — promises are made, but never kept. I’ve reached out multiple times, and each time I was told someone would follow up later that day. That call never came. Not once.
To make matters worse, I found on their website that they claim to offer a "3-day worry-free exchange" policy. That’s simply not true. We tried to return the very next day after signing the lease, and they refused to honor it.
I even tried following up again recently — their team member transferred me to an extension that didn’t exist, and the call automatically disconnected. When I called back, the woman I spoke to said the person I needed was in a business meeting and would get back to me in a few days. She was extremely rude and grumpy, making the whole experience even more frustrating.
At this point, it all feels like a PR stunt to appear responsive, when in reality, there’s no genuine effort to resolve anything. I’m tired of being ignored. If nothing changes, I’ll be sharing my experience on every major review platform, including the BBB.
