If I could give 0 or negative stars I would. The service department at this location is AWFUL!! I purchased my car when this location was Dan Obrien in 2020. So I can’t from the sales aspect The service department at this location is AWFUL!! I purchased my car when this location was Dan Obrien in 2020. So I can’t from the sales aspects on this location. Beyond rude and unprofessional customer service and very condescending attitudes from the maintenance/service department. I got a notice about potential issues with my Kia…says to bring it in at no cost to you over and over. But I was charged..my mechanic showed and expressed the issues with my Kia. That Kia knows about said issues and will fix it cause of the extended warranty and should bring it there. They didn’t test drive my car, didn’t perform tests with engine even warmed! They lied about uploading footage to the warranty department. There is so many other details I could get into about the lack of professionalism with the service department at this location but please take my word and go anywhere else. More

I just had the most incredible experience at McFarland KIA to start off the new year, and I cannot recommend them enough! Joel, JP, and Pollini are absolute standouts who made the entire car-buying proces KIA to start off the new year, and I cannot recommend them enough! Joel, JP, and Pollini are absolute standouts who made the entire car-buying process completely seamless from start to finish. I drove away in a new 2026 Sorento Hybrid, but it was the level of service that really blew me away. Joel Purdham, in particular, was a phenomenal product specialist. From the very first moment I walked through the door, I felt like he was truly in my corner and had my best interests at heart. He was there for every step, from the test drive to formulating a deal that actually worked for me. The thing that really set this experience apart was when Joel went above and beyond anything I could have ever expected. I had already traded in my old vehicle, but was scrambling to finalize my down payment processing at a local Walmart for a cashier's check. Before I was even authorized to drive off in my new Sorento, Joel actually loaned me his personal vehicle so I could get to the store and back to get everything squared away! I have never seen a person in this industry show that kind of trust and genuine care for a customer. It turned a stressful moment into a total win. If you are looking for a new car and want to be treated like family by people who actually care, go see Joel and the team at McFarland KIA. They are the absolute gold standard! More

I did not have a good experience when I first bought my car. I was at the dealership for 4 and a half hours. However, I am giving five stars since Adrian was awesome. Nick was a pleasure to work with and the costs were plainly laid out and there was no pressure to make a deal. The numbers were presented to me in a straightforward manner and there were no hidden fee plainly laid out and there was no pressure to make a deal.
