My experience with the Lexus of Santa Barbara was amazing. The location was under construction but still beautiful. The surrounding was beautiful as well. We made it to the lot before our appointment and were looking around at all the cars. James Porter, the General Sales Manager came up to us with a big smile, shook our hands and congratulated us on our purchase. Our sales representative, Jonathan Cruz, was an amazing person and it was a pleasure to have him help us. We called Santa Barbara Lexus and asked if a car was available and Jonathan gave us quick and timely service. He made sure all our questions were answered and all the details were on display. When going over the paper work and warranty information the Finance Manager, Ezekiel Maciel, did is an absolutely outstanding job of explaining every single detail of the plans. The atmosphere found at Lexus of Santa Barbara is incredibly stunning. The staff found at Lexus of Santa Barbara were some of the kindest and most genuine I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life.
