Everyone at the Dorsch dealership was friendly and helpful. My salesperson, Casey, was great at getting my questions answered on the new Kia Optima that I purchased. We did quite a bit of emailing ba helpful. My salesperson, Casey, was great at getting my questions answered on the new Kia Optima that I purchased. We did quite a bit of emailing back and forth and he kept me informed on the whole process as I live 90 miles from the dealership. I love my car! More

Everyone that we worked with was on top of their game. Very friendly and knowledgable. When we came to the dealership, we weren't even looking to purchase a car. Kris came out and helped us with some test drives and informed us about different financing options. Kris was by far the best sales person I have ever had to deal with. He made the transaction go very smoothly and made us feel at ease about our purchase. Everyone even stayed after closing to help us get in to our new car. Now THAT is great customer service. I will never use a different dealership! More

Loved Yvonne! Best sales girl for me. Ive worked with her before and continue to receive great service everytime. I was a little irritated with Dorsch trying to make me work with a saleman i previously her before and continue to receive great service everytime. I was a little irritated with Dorsch trying to make me work with a saleman i previously worked with but after talking to a manager i got the one i wanted. This should never happen.
