TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I bought an Outback from these crooks back in October of 2025 and still haven’t received the paperwork to tag it. There was an issue with my trade t I bought an Outback from these crooks back in October of 2025 and still haven’t received the paperwork to tag it. There was an issue with my trade title, but I proved that the car had been registered and I ended up paying 50 dollars to get them a replacement and they still refuse to send me the paperwork. My attorney has been updated with their breach of contract. There’s better Subaru dealers around. Pass this one by because they need their license stripped for their terrible business practices. More
