I have been with Ron Bouchard’s Auto Stores since 2001, and have been in the automotive industry since 1990. I graduated from Oakmont Regional, then studied automotive at American Honda of Windsor Locks, CT. I started in the industry as a Service Adviser, and progressed to the shop as a Lube Technician, then Shop Foreman. I completed Master Tech training in 2005, and became a Service Manager in 2006. I personally believe that the company you work for directly relates to how you treat your customers; the Bouchard’s have always put the customer FIRST. They also value their employees at a very high level. These philosophies are exactly the same as mine, and that is what makes this company an amazing place to work. I enjoy spending time with my wife and daughter at the lake or the beach. I am also lucky to enjoy a racing hobby that allows a few of us from the dealership to spend time outside of work as a team working towards a common goal!!

Welcoming and helpful also quick with responding when questions came up. I experienced great service from all departments and communication was transparent throughout.
