The purchase came with the first 2 free oil changes. I set the appointment, drove an hour, waited 2 hours and asked for a status, service writer had no clue about my car and casually told the receptioni I set the appointment, drove an hour, waited 2 hours and asked for a status, service writer had no clue about my car and casually told the receptionist to tell me it would be 1 more hour, I was standing nearby and I heard, I declined to wait another hour. My son was bored and hungry and I was not going to wait just cause they failed to do their job. Will not be buying or taking my car there even if they offer the free service again.
