I leased a new car with Sean Turner. I was not happy so Jane K. Called me to cool off my upset. We agreed that once we signed a deal is a deal. 3 days after your company called me to tell me that I had to pay an extra $15 because there was an error on the calculations of the fee for registration of the car. They forced me to pay in order to get the new plates. I thought that was an insult...deal is a Deal only for the customer?
