I live in Amarillo andwas looking for a Toyota 4Runner. I saw one like what I was looking for at Apple leasing in Austin. I asked my sister and brother-in-law if they would go take a look at it let me know I saw one like what I was looking for at Apple leasing in Austin. They went over and met Lance and after they left called me and said those are all really nice people. She was right. I talked to Lance about the vehicle and told him I thought I would fly to Austin to look at it. He volunteered to come pick me up at the airport which saved me and my sister a load of time. The vehicle is exactly what I was looking for. Lance drove me to the bank so I could get a cashier's check and we went back to his office to handle all the paperwork. I actually worked with Janie and Lance to buy the car. They both went out of their way to be helpful in the car buying process. Once I decided to buy the vehicle I worked with Tracy on the financing paperwork and talk to her about warranties. Everyone that I dealt with or came into contact with was above and beyond. It's like my sister said they really are all nice people. It was a pleasure doing with him. And I love the car. More
