I was quoted a figure for a piece on a truck and asked if that included installation and was told it just snapped on. When I had that part “just snapped on” there was a labor charge that was double the pric that included installation and was told it just snapped on. The cashier called the service rep and when she got there, she apologized and stated there was an installation fee. This is quite upsetting. It might be time to switch dealerships. More
