Great when it came to Janphiel and getting my kia serviced. When it came to talking about cars i was not a fan of Nas. He gave a lot of false hope when i stated multiple times i did not want a hard c serviced. When it came to talking about cars i was not a fan of Nas. He gave a lot of false hope when i stated multiple times i did not want a hard credit pull unless he was for sure i would get approved for a toyota then come to find out no approval so he continued to pull my credit for kias after i said 20 times i had no interest in a kia. I get it he need to make money but i never came to buy a car i came to get serviced and then he pulled me into trying to buy a car when i told him what my budget was. Like i said i get it sales person behavior but i told him i wanted no hard credit pulls and he did one for the car cool nice but 5 more for other cars i had zero interest in is crazy More
