The one time I took me vehicle in for repair I would have to stand there for ridiculously long times before I was helped and they were not friendly at all like I was waisting their time. The repair was adequate but took much longer than they quoted. They have lost my business for life. I strongly recommend anyone but Pierre Ford when considering service to a vehicle and can't recommend their sales either. Incredibly unsatisfied with this dealership all thanks to their horrible service department. More
