I made a phone inquiry about wanting to test drive the Volvo that I saw on the website, and a sales representative set up the appointment right away. Mark Lee was waiting for us when we came that evening to test drive. Friendly and professional, Mark had everything ready for us to inspect and drive the car. He offered an extended distance test drive to make sure we were comfortable with the car. After several rounds of negotiation with Mark and Jared, we agreed on purchasing terms. In these discussions, Mark and Jared were patient and willing to work with us. Mark speedily prepared with the paperwork and told us everything we needed to have, even after the dealership at officially closed. Through communicating with us the next morning, he ensured that everything was set the next day when we picked up the car. Josh was also quick with the financial and title paperwork.
