I ordered a 2025 Explorer late 2024, I believe the vehicle arrived at Clay Cooley Ford Arlington sometime mid-March. I was notified by my salesman on Wednesday, 3/26/25 that the Explorer was in and r vehicle arrived at Clay Cooley Ford Arlington sometime mid-March. I was notified by my salesman on Wednesday, 3/26/25 that the Explorer was in and ready for my inspection. On inspection, the Explorer had 1079 miles on the odometer and 1083 on Trip 1 & 2. I was told the vehicle was used as a loaner to an individual who drove it to west Texas over 4 days. To date I’ve not be given any explanation or apology. More

First the porter wrecked my new truck while taking it to get detailed. Faraz talked me into using ya'lls finance dept. After making a deal and financing approved I came in to sign and pick up the truck it h get detailed. Faraz talked me into using ya'lls finance dept. After making a deal and financing approved I came in to sign and pick up the truck it had changed and we started over with new financing. I went with my own as I had wanted to in the beginning. Delay in delivery which it wasn't detailed as promised, had to bring it back twice ( for adjustments from the wreck on the utility bed . They lost my second set of keys and I had to get a duplicate tool box key on my own. Was told I would get ford points for all my trouble, came in for oil change and had no ford points. Over all I would not recommend Clay Cooley as this was one of the worst buying experiences I have ever had overall. More

It is like pulling teeth to get anything done . I have bought 5 Ford Explorers from Don Davis Ford with not even 1 hitch . I never even met the GM at CC Ford , nor did he bother ! I was there on I have bought 5 Ford Explorers from Don Davis Ford with not even 1 hitch . I never even met the GM at CC Ford , nor did he bother ! I was there on Tuesday for 5 hours and all I got done was an oil change. ! They were suppose to fix the computer and said they did. I drove off and it was NOT fixed ! In the deal they were suppose to make a payment in my name. It has been 2 weeks NO PAYMENT ! Even the former GM from D D Ford called them and told them to treat me right ! HA anyway I have been frustrated ! I probably recommended at least 25 customers that bought cars from DD Ford. No more.. I’m going back to get this car fixed 1 more time next week ! More
