Latham Ford not only met these expectations but went above and beyond to make my car-buying journey truly exceptional. The first thing that caught my attention was the fantastic deal I secured on my Ford Escape. Latham Ford understood my budget constraints and managed to sprinkle my new vehicle with all the extra bells and whistles without breaking the bank. I make an appointment to test drive a used 2019 Ram 1500 on the lot for 67 days, make the appt with Kelly, she say if anything changes I call you and let you know, was not asked to make a deposit. I contact on the lot for 67 days, make the appt with Kelly, she say if anything changes I call you and let you know, was not asked to make a deposit. I contact a salesman J because kelly cant negotiate pricing. The next day I tell J I already have an appt to test drive the vehicle. He then tells me that they sold it on his day off. Also that I wasnt even on the schedule for a test drive with him or anyone else just Kelly. Im very pissed at this point. Kelly had nor called me to tell me it was sold. Instead I get a call the day after I was scheduled and texted from Kelly saying we missed you yesterday how would you like to come in today for your test drive. My response " Wow you sold the truck i was looking at before I even got to come in and now you want to reschedule a test drive?" Her response was "we do have other trucks here, as long as a customer does not leave a deposit on the vehicle then it is up for sale" and these ""are taken right off my text messages. I feel ropadoped, slide of hands, just a ploy to get people on the lot. Very poor attitude, and no one talks to anyone J had called me to apologize, and said he would talk to managment about kelly, but I see that didnt happen. More
