Karen was very nice bringing my car to the front (and also when she picked us up at the dealership on April 25 to take us to the airport). After we left the dealership, I noticed that the driver side visor was falling in front of my face as it was before I brought it over to you to get it repaired. I personally asked Ally to have it fixed. She got in my car and saw the broken visor. It was not fixed. We lived almost 3 hours away from Frisco and it is very difficult for me to organize a trip to Crest Volvo having to leave my car with you to get this issue fixed, after you being aware of it and having plenty of time to take care of it. Yes, I am very disappointed and it's frustrating to drive and constantly have to lift the visor away from my forehead while driving! I do want to know how you're going to resolve this problem. More
